While using the Site, the User adheres to the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, the Turkish Penal Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the statutory decrees on the protection of industrial rights, the provisions of the applicable legislation and the provisions of the legislation that may come into force in the future, and accepts and undertakes to comply with all kinds of rules and notifications of Norm Dijital, including these Terms.  Any administrative, legal, penal and financial responsibility that may arise due to the use of the Site in violation of these regulations belongs to the User, and Norm Dijital may seek recourse from the User for any damages it may suffer for this reason.  In this context, the User agrees that he/she will not access any part of the Site, its extension or the network, servers related to the Site in any way, by hacking or other illegal means, and will not violate any security measures within the scope of the Site.  If it is determined by the user that intellectual property and other rights of third parties have been violated, Norm Dijital is faced with any third party request, legal and/or administrative sanction, penalty and/or demand by public institutions and organizations, and/or If it has to make any payment, Norm Dijital may recourse its damages to the User, without prejudice to its other rights.  In this case, Norm Dijital reserves the right to block the relevant User’s access to the Site without any notice.
